WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Fresh finish.
Stronger first impression.

Two distinct services.
One place to start the conversation.

01 / EXTERIOR PAINTING

A fresh perspective.

Talk through surfaces, preparation needs, color direction and the finish you want. Build a scope around your property—not just a paint color.

Discuss a painting project ↗

02 / ROOF REPLACEMENT

Look after what’s overhead.

Explore your roofing concerns, project priorities and next steps. If insurance is involved, discuss the documentation and coordination your project may need.

Discuss a roof replacement ↗

Insurance Claim Work

Ask about organizing project information and coordinating the construction side. Your insurer determines coverage and claim approval. No coverage or claim outcome is guaranteed.

YOUR PROPERTY. YOUR PRIORITIES.

Different properties.
The same thoughtful start.

For your home

A new look, a roofing concern, or a project you’ve been putting off. Let’s identify the right starting point.

Homeowners ↗

For your community

Discuss board priorities, shared spaces, phased work and resident communication for HOA and multifamily projects.

HOAs & property managers ↗

A CLEARER PROJECT CONVERSATION

Know the next step.
At every step.

No two properties are identical. These are the questions we work through to define a project together.

Start the conversation ↗
  1. 01

    Understand your property

Discuss the condition, location, goals and timing. Photos help us understand where to begin.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

Identify surfaces, priorities, preparation needs and project-specific questions.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the plan

Discuss scheduling, access, communication and the people who need to stay informed.

  4. 04

    Agree before moving forward

Confirm the written scope, price, responsibilities and terms before work begins.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few good
questions.

Don’t see yours?
Ask Rick directly ↗

Where do you work?

Our service area is Colorado within 100 miles of Denver. Share your project’s city so we can discuss the location and scheduling.

What should I send to get started?

Your name, city, property type and a short description are enough to start. If you email photos, avoid including private documents or sensitive personal information.

Can we discuss painting and roofing together?

Yes. Describe both needs so we can discuss priorities and how the scopes may relate to each other.

Can you guarantee an insurance claim will be approved?

No. The insurer makes coverage and claim decisions under the policy. Construction coordination does not guarantee payment or approval.

How do I verify project coverage and terms?

Request current documentation and written project terms before authorizing work. Any insurance requirements, warranties and service commitments need to be confirmed for your specific project.

LET’S START WITH A CONVERSATION

What’s next for
your property?

Tell us what you’re considering.
We’ll start with the details that matter to you.
